Bjug is our newest Buccaneer sailor. He is an emergency room doctor and researcher at Mount Sinai
Hospital. This is a great time to refresh your knowledge on how to take care of your family and
fellow sailors when there is a mishap.

Speaker: Dave Daniel
Dave is a highly accomplished sailor with an extensive racing past. His sailing experience has
included Dragons and Wayfarers. He is a phenomenal go to person at the club when you are looking
for information. A pint of Guinness will get a lot more information and maybe some secrets.
If the weather is inclement, we will switch the topics for May 10 and May 17.

Speakers: Bruce Buckingham, Dave Daniel and Rob Wierdsma
These 3 sailors have close to 100 years of experience between them. They have also been Race
Officer for the Mississauga Sailing Club many times over the years. This is a session you can’t
miss. If you are planning to attend even one race or regatta we expect to see you there. If you
are a cruiser, you will still need to know about the Committee Boat and the Radio. This may be
moved to May 10 if the weather is inclement for the Sail Trim on May 10.
